            Payment Notice: This portal is a verification tool. Residents must make payments via their preferred Bank/UPI app to the Society’s official accounts and upload the UTR/Screenshot here for verification.
        

1. Acceptance

By using MyPHV Connect (https://www.myphvconnect.in), you agree to the digital governance policies of the Piya Hill View Welfare Society. This portal is a supplement to, not a replacement for, the Society's registered bylaws.

2. User Responsibility

Residents are responsible for the accuracy of the payment proofs they upload. Misuse of the portal, including uploading fraudulent screenshots or unauthorized access to other flat IDs, may result in account suspension and society disciplinary action.

3. Verification Flow

Submitting a payment proof does not constitute an immediate "cleared" status. The Society Treasurer must manually verify the UTR against the bank statement before the status is updated to "Verified" on your dashboard.

4. Continuity of Records

In the event of website downtime, all records remain safe within the Google Cloud backend and are exportable to CSV/PDF. The Society is never "locked in" to the portal for its historical data.

5. Amenity & Hall Bookings

By booking the Community Hall or other facilities, the Resident agrees:

To be liable for any damages to society property caused by guests or third-party vendors (caterers, decorators).
That bookings are non-transferable to non-residents.
To strictly adhere to the Society’s noise and timing bylaws (e.g., no loud music after 11:00 PM).

6. Pet Owner Obligations

Registration of a pet on MyPHV Connect constitutes a formal declaration that:

The pet is vaccinated as per local municipal laws.
The owner will follow society hygiene rules in common areas, including lifts and gardens.
The resident assumes full liability for any injury or nuisance caused by the registered pet.

7. Visitor & Staff Entry

Residents are responsible for the conduct of any visitor or domestic staff member registered under their flat number. Sharing your access credentials with unauthorized persons is a violation of these terms.

5. Liability Limits

The developer and the Welfare Society are not liable for transaction failures occurring within third-party UPI or Banking apps.
