After serving the residents of Piya Hill View Welfare Society, the MyPHV Connect portal is being retired effective immediately, as directed by the newly elected Executive Committee of PHV.

Payments & Maintenance Dues

As per directions by the new Executive Committee of Piya Hill View Welfare Society, all maintenance payments will now be manually verified by the new Treasurer.

  • Make payment via UPI or bank transfer as usual
  • Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation
  • Send your screenshot to the society WhatsApp group with your flat number
  • The Treasurer will acknowledge and verify manually

What This Means for Residents

    Portal is deactivated — login, maintenance payments, grievances, hall booking and all other features are no longer accessible.

    Maintenance payments — continue paying via UPI/bank transfer and send screenshots to the society WhatsApp group for Treasurer verification.
  • 📞
    Grievances & requests — contact the society office or management committee directly via the WhatsApp group.
  • 🏛️
    Hall bookings — coordinate directly with the caretaker or management committee.
  • 📢
    Notices & announcements — will be shared on the society WhatsApp group as before.

Your Data is Safe

All resident data collected through MyPHV Connect — including flat details, maintenance payment records, and contact information — has been securely retained and transferred to the new Treasurer of the Executive Committee for continuity of society management.

  • No data has been deleted — all payment history and records are intact and accessible to the society management committee.
  • No data has been shared with any third party outside the society at any point.
  • Payment screenshots uploaded through the portal were stored in Google infrastructure and accessible only to society management.
📄 As per our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy: resident data was collected solely for the purpose of society management and was never used for any commercial, marketing, or analytical purpose beyond its stated scope. With the closure of the portal, no new data will be collected. Historical records remain with the society management as per their obligation under the PHV Welfare Society's own governance.
